Universal life force, Chi, Qi, Ki, Prana, Spirit, whatever your name for it, it is recognized in many cultures throughout the world. This "mystery" of life can be thought of like the wind, we cannot see the wind, but we can feel it and notice the effect it has on materials around us or indeed on us ourselves. The air we breath, we know it is there, but we cannot see it, so it is with Ki/Qi/Prana/Life force energy. An essential mystical ingredient that gives us energy to be in and of this world.

Life force is in all living thing, we cannot see it, but once we can attune to feeling it and working with it we can direct it for good. A session will involve the Reiki practitioner attuning to the energy, and directing it for your highest good, an intelligent energy it goes where it is needed to heal the mind, body and soul.

Reiki is an ancient form of healing using universal energy from source.  The client receives the healing channelled through the therapists hands. It is an intelligent healing energy that goes where it is needed and interferes with no free will.

The treatment is silent and relaxing. There are some hands on and hands off moments, but only light touch is used and no harm or invasive handling.
